Trainig slot booking sytem

How does it works? (Read carefully before booking)
Contestants can book 1 slot per person.
The slot can be modified up to its start time.
Booking a new slot will automatically cancel the previous one.
Attention! Only free slots can be booked.
Do not attempt to book onto a reserved slot as it will not be overwritten but your previous slot will be cancelled.
Once the slot’s time is passed (with or without flight), you can reserve another of the remaining free ones.
Slots are 10 minutes long.
Taking off late will mean less time to practice!

Short description
• Click on the red button above
• The following screen will come up:
• Click on the Visit Site button
• Type in your 6-digit acces code and sign in
• Under the „Day” drop-down list select the training day and hit „Switch” to see the slots of that day
• Select a free slot, then click on the „Save” button
• Your name appearing next to the slot selected means you are all set!
• You can log out of the system.
Attention! Reservations on the illustrations were made for testing the booking system, all reservations will be cancelled before the system starts!
